Benjamin Sagalovsky, Ph.D.
Benjamin Sagalovsky brings with him a strong engineering, business and statistical background, and a proven track record as a project and team leader and trainer. He has an Engineering degree, as well as a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of California in Berkeley.
He has developed and deployed performance improvement programs for multinational corporations in locations across the world, consistently achieving measurable increases organizational performance. He has trained and coached improvement specialists in the use of statistical tools in industrial environments, from visualization to Design of Experiments.
He has held training and support engagements in the US, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, with clients including Chevron, Merck KGaA, Oronite, Metso, Sadara, as well as other companies and start-ups. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has trained and coached personnel in French and in Portuguese.
Prior to moving to full-time consulting he held professional and managerial positions in planning, market analysis, international sales, information technology and R&D. He is comfortable engaging personnel at all levels, from line workers to executives, and has worked on a broad spectrum of operational, technical and administrative issues.
