Benjamin Sagalovsky combines a robust engineering, business, and statistical background along with a successful history as a project and team leader, performance improvement specialist and Lean, Six Sigma and Data Analysis trainer. His academic credentials include an Engineering degree as well as a Ph.D. in Statistics from the renowned University of California, Berkeley.

Benjamin has engineered and implemented performance improvement programs for multinational corporations across the globe, consistently delivering measurable enhancements in organizational performance. He has trained and mentored improvement specialists in industrial settings, guiding them in the use of statistical tools ranging from simple data visualizations to Design of Experiments.

His global reach spans across the US, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, with a diverse client base that includes industry leaders like Chevron, Merck KGaA, Oronite, Metso and various other established companies and startups. Benjamin is multilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and is also proficient in delivering training and coaching in French and Portuguese.

Before his transition to full-time consulting, Benjamin held professional and managerial roles in planning, market analysis, international sales, information technology, and R&D. He exhibits a unique ability to engage with personnel at all levels, from line workers to executives, and has addressed a wide array of operational, technical, and administrative issues.
